Jardim estava imundo e 2 cadeiras no jardim estavam quebradas. O ralo de escoar a água no chuveiro durante o banho estava entupido, sendo assim a água do banho ficava nos pés.O flat não está bem cuidado como aparece nas fotos. A mobília e boa e a cozinha também.

Wifi not String enough kept cutting out whilst trying to watch something annoying. This could be a Little Gem but it needs updating. Private Garden over run with Weeds . Laminate Flooring needs replacing in the Lounge . Wallpaper peeling off the walls . It was value for money but needs updating.

The whole house was clean and good

Location was ok.

The apartment clearly hadn't been cleanedl. The outside area had loads of rubbish lying around. The shower door was hanging off, lots of black mould and the drain was blocked. The floor was uneven in the dining room with high spots in the aged laminate flooring, and my partner caught her toe which bled. Neighbours playing music VERY loud until 2am. Avocado pip on the floor in the kitchen. The mattress was in desperate need of changing. The area was rough and didn't feel like the Wales I have loved visiting for years. House alarm a couple doors down going off from 5pm on arrival untill 10am departure Very poor experience

Location to relatives in Cardiff Bay/Mermaid Quay. We couldn't have parked without them! Very private Functional for requirements. Basic... suitable for overnight stays. Indoors appeared clean & tidy Size and access of/to outdoor space for dogs Clean bedroom and bathroom (walk-in shower) All on one level for disability requirements (and 3hr drop off on double yellow lines with disabled badge). Size was acceptable for short stays. Dogs able to roam in and out safely/high fences.

Total lack of parking on streets suggested at all times. Outdoor area wasn't clean (old fence piled up at back, piles of very old dog poop (I had to pick up), fag ends, chicken bones). Nowhere to hang clothes, (no hooks/rails) & no storage (live out of suitcase. Hung on doors/door handles). Lack of equipment for cleaning (no washing machine, missing hoover parts (we would have used!); no hand soap or dispenser). Seating & bed not that comfortable. More pillows/cushions would help please? Wouldn't recommend for more than 2-3 days. Limited cutlery (3x knife/fork/dinnerplate/spoon/glasses) This is for up to 4 people? Not entirely 'dog friendly'? No rugs/mats for hard wood floor (bring own mats/beds/equipment). Empty fridge & food cupboard... lack of personal touch? (We left soap, milk & margarine for next visitor). Could be much better with a bit of thought!

the managers did make an effort to solve all the problems -no keys, key pad code didn't work, second key pad code didn't work, no bedding, maintenance person came to see the issues with freezer, dirt etc. They offered us a different place but when we arrived there it hadn't been cleaned so the cleaner suggested we move to the neighboring unit which was clean and functioning.

Unfortunately the place was not very clean food, tobacco etc on floors tables and the smell of the place was very unpleasant. I will say though that the toilet and bed sheets were clean. Checked out early.
