The main bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for town and transport to other cities.

We were in apartment 1.. The apartment is right next to 2 others so it was quite noisy when others were entering theirs. It was hardly equipped - had to message for extra toilet roll, hand wash and washing up liquid, she said she would come to drop it off but never did then another lady popped by the next day because our toilet blocked, and she dropped it off after asking for the second time! We were told the toilet blocks ever so often too - not ideal. However they let us use the other apartment toilet in the meantime. There were stains on the floors, walls and sofa too. There was brown stuff on the wall by the bathroom too. The sink in bathroom and shower basin doesn't flow either it overflows. Both TV remote batteries didn't work and there wasn't any spare. No cutlery and hardly any bowls plates and glasses etc too. Garden was unusable - spider webs all over the furniture and it was 29 degrees out so wanted to sit out but couldn't. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all and hurt my back and we stayed there for 6 nights! There wasn't a hairdryer either and on the facilities it said there would be so had to message again and ask for one. No toilet bleach or cleaning products at hand anywhere. Not supplied there. Fridge and microwave smelt horrible. Needs a clean too. Shower door is broken and water comes out cause it doesn't close or suction cause it's broken. No lock on bathroom door.

Only 1 cup and 1 glass at the property when it was 3 guests,no bedding for the sofa bed,ants all in the bathroom,no contact for the host the number does not work on the site.

The apartment was cute and comfortable for 4 of us

It wasn’t clean at all, they’re were stains all over the sofa. The floor was dirty, there were marks in the wall. The whole places looked like it just hadn’t been cleaned

Really lovely place, very modern

No iron which was stated in the advert, shower screen needs replacing but towels were provided for any excess water

The property was clean and I can’t say a bad word

No contact to host never got an email witch the code to get my keys I spend over an hour on the phone with call centre but cause of booking.com second person I spoke to did get code in few mins and everything was good . But I was so angryyy and the end of the day booking.com refund me all money for the room so it was free . Overall as I said thanks to polite ladie from call centre and for whole booking.com always 10/10
