Location was excellent for co op arena. Pleanty of space and facilities, clean and easy access, excellent communication from host . Addition of the floor fans was great . Loved the patio doors, great property

We had a great stay at this property on Sunday night. The hosts were fantastic really responsive to all my queries and very accommodating with check-in, which made everything super easy. The location couldn’t have been better just a 5-minute walk to both Co-op Live and the Etihad Stadium, so it was perfect for our plans. The house itself had everything we needed: three comfortable bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a lovely garden to relax in. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

"Lovely & cozy, just needs a deeper clean"

Nice, small and cosy. The location was really good. Was happy with the rooms. Really appreciated email beforehand with heads up about parking restrictions outside front of property.

Was a little unclean, in need of a good hoover/dust and floors mopping. Beds weren't as comfortable as we liked but that's personal preference. Didn't like the fact there were no parking restriction signs within the estate however the parking situation was stated within the email prior to arrival.
