The location was perfect, and we had parking in a safe location, I could even see my car from one of the bedrooms. The main bedroom had an ensuite, and there are 3 tiolets, which is perfect when you have a family. The host checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house has plenty of space and a lovely garden. My children and I will definitely be back and are happy to recommend it, especially if you are travelling for a bmx, the location is perfect.

Location was brilliant as going to cycle track championships and only 5 min walk away. Easy to find and really spacious.

It took time to warm up after putting the heating on - wouldn't be an issue in warmer weather

Comfortable and homely, had a small.issue with the heating and contacted the owner who was very responsive and was going to cime and check it out but it sorted itself before this was necessary. We were down for a concert at the co-op live arena and the location was superb.....5 minute walk and we were there, absolutely thrilled and would absolutely recommend for anyone going to a show or the football for man city as the location is perfect

"Would definitely look to book this property again when working in the area"

Great location for Etihad Stadium and coop live, with supermarket right round the corner. all are walking distance, but far enough away from the main roads in a nice quiet location with secure gated parking. only a £7 Uber ride to Piccadilly area of Manchester. Lovely and clean with ample space to work or relax.

Bed in the 3rd Bedroom was too soft for me (But this is personal preference) and the blinds don't block out the street light which is right outside
