Clean, comfortable, close to stadium, easy to get to on train and tram and great communication with the owners

Everything was fantastic

So close to the Etihad, Co-Op Live and National Cycling Centre. Very quiet.

Some more basic supplies would have been nice, as there was just some ordinary instant coffee and Earl Grey tea bags. The fridge/freezer had been turned off, so needed to be on for hours before it could cool food items. Curtains do not keep out the light and blackout linings would be ideal. The sun woke me soon after 5am.

Location was excellent. Only short walk to Etihad and Co op Live or the metro link, is literally over the road but a busy main road so just walked down to pedestrian crossing. Comfy beds and sofas, quiet residential with lovely park and gardens just round the corner. Fast food outlets and supermarket in walking distance. Had an issue on arrival which was my own fault for not checking my emails for instructions. Spoke to owner and very helpful and sorted quickly.

Minor things really. Would have been nice if the fridge had been switched on prior to our arrival. On a personal note, towels provided were very hard and scratchy and garden could be spruced up to be more welcoming.

Great location

Car park gates were temperamental. Didn’t always open automatically on exit.

We liked how close the property was to the Co-op arena and made it easier for walking instead of worrying about parking

It wasn't very clean unfortunately. Lots of cobwebs in rooms with spiders. Kitchen wasn't 100% clean and the fridge wasn't very cold.

Location was amazing, lovely space to relax in and bed was comfy. Private parking, nice facilities, easy check in and out.
