The property doesn't offer food and beverages delivered to the apartments but there are a lot of cafes nearby that do this.

Facilities and location

Good value for the money. We wanted to stay in Kata beach to try surfing, and though this place is on the other side of the beach where we want to be, it is reachable by taxi-app service ''indrive'' with 110-140THB one way, within 5mins. The apartment is spacious and pool is less crowded vs other hotels (we mostly had it to ourselves). There are also gym, table tennis facility and trampoline available. The apartment staff Egor arranged everything we asked for very quickly. Water, toilet paper, kitchen roll, towels, soap, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent... and all other necessary things are provided. Supermarkets, shops, ATM, massage shops and restaurants...everything very accessible by foot or the taxi service. Highly recommended for the longer stays.

We love this place and would definitely come back again, but if to note which were not described clear to me on Booking.com: -the electricity is billed based on the meter: apparently approx 200THB/day -cleaning is once per week

This vacation was excellent! We booked the apartment in the last minute, and the staff were waiting for us in the night to check in. The hotel was as good as at the photos, very modern and clean. We had an apartment with one bedroom, living room and well-equipped kitchen, even with a dishwasher 👍🏻 nearby there were a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. From the pool area there was an incredible view on the Kata 😍 we enjoyed it in the evening when we were swimming. I would recommend this hotel for the family and couple vacation

I liked the location , the cleaness, and the facilities of the building. Egor was very responsive and nice to deal with . Flexibility to check in earlier and check out later .

Electricity has to be paid separately from the rate on booking. Towels are old and need to be replaced.

Good clean 3 bedroom apartment. Good location in kata. Very helpful owner and staff. Quiet a big place. Bahut hi acha unit hai.
