Unique location between the two beaches of Kata and Karon, 5 minutes walk, excellent service at the hotel. We were accommodated in an apartment after renovation, all household appliances were new, perfectly clean. The downside is that there is no breakfast, but there are dozens of cafes and restaurants within a 100 m radius.

Well equipped gym, but no instructor. I wanted to work out for a couple of hours with a trainer, but the hotel does not have such a service.

The appartment is in the perfect location, right at the beach center. It walking distance from both kata and karon beaches. The appartment is decent sized and has all the amenities. The gym is equipped for exercise and overall I live the place.

You need to pay separately for electricity at the end of your stay using the meter. It turned out to be an additional 270 baht per day. Cleaning only once a week. The toilet was not washed below the water level; I had to wash it myself. You have to go and ask for toilet paper, water, etc. in the lobby. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, salt, knives, etc. in the apartment, I had to buy it myself. There is a lot of mold or mildew on the walls of the pool. Only two umbrellas were barely usable, the rest were completely broken. There was a good tennis table, but the rackets were broken, so the meaning of the table was lost. There are mountains of broken equipment and furniture in the lobby and near the elevators. The price definitely does not correspond to the quality.

The staff (Roma and Egor) were very helpful and helped us a lot. They provided us packs of water (6x large bottles) when we requested and any other query was answered quickly over WhatsApp. The room (Deluxe apartment) was spacious and had all that we needed for a 7 night stay. The staff provided us with a great baby cot (for a 4mth old). The 6th floor (roof) pool is spacious but limited sun beds and not all have cushions. The location is fantastic, set back from the main road but close to shops, coffee, beach The apartments are better known as Q Conzept so use this when using maps.

There are some renovations going on. The building and facilities are in good condition but need some updates to make them great. The water pressure in our apartment was moderate (B503) and keeping the temperature constant was tricky. The apartment is up a very steep slope from the road, this would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility.

Felt ripped off, very unorganised staff. Charge you electricity and water after you already pay an over inflated price for your room. I left feeling pretty ripped off. Charged more for electricity for 4 nights we where barley in our room then I would pay for a whole month in Australia….
