Q Kata Residence

Great Location and exceptional view from the hotel. Great staff, host also offered me free late check out.

The location was good. Close to bars & restaurants and in between Kata and Karon beaches. On the downside, there is a very steep hill to the entrance to the apartments. This was quite slippery due to the torrential rain we had during our visit.

Although the room was tidy and clean on our arrival, it didn't have the freshness of it being recently cleaned. We had a one bedroom apartment, which was really a studio. Although it was the same as the picture shown,it may have been taken some time ago, as the apartment was looking tired. As was the whole complex. However, we probably didn't see the best of the whole complex as the weather was atrocious during our stay. I would say that it is adequate at best,howver 30% over priced.

Extra charges on electricity, completely over the top and expensive. Jacuzzi in the pool does not work and staff were not available to help us out.

Location was good, beaches in both directions from hotel about 10/15 mins walk. Pool was lovely of an evening, nice view from the top floor. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

This isnt a hotel, it's an apartment building so although there is a reception it's unmanned. It took some time for someone to come and show us to our room, despite phoning the numbers displayed and messaging via booking.com. Same on check out, which was really annoying. Customer service left much to be desired. Weird set up.

Great location, situated between both beaches and the famous food market. Owner and hotel manager both exceptional. Great excursions throughout Phuket.

The AstroTurf on the balcony floor was very annoying, as the particles come into the apartment whenever you go inside from the balcony, also the balcony flooding after rain should be looked into (drainage is expected). Staff should provide toilet tissue rather than hand towel.

Egor met us as reception really helpful and showed us to the apartment.

Wow, we loved our stay at Q Kata Residence! Perfect location and great facilities! If you are into fitness, the gym is well equipped and clean. Egor, the manager, was very welcoming and if we needed anything, he was quick to help. Definitely recommend Q Kata Residence if you are looking to stay in a self serviced apartment. (Note: you have to pay for your own electricity - as mentioned on Booking.com)
