Lemon tree hotel

Second time. It was summer and really hot, sometimes it rained. Once again, I enjoyed the nature and experienced local culture. Ogijima is a warming island, wish the hanabi in September go smoothly.

I have a cold, a little high fever together with a runny nose. I was a little bit sick.The host took special care of me. I hope I will be in better health condition if I come next time lol. The only thing was, I thought the price was much higher than other hotels in Ogj/Megi/Naoshima for solo travelers.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed the breakfast, barbecue and sauna offer. All the food was delicious. The sauna was also amazing. Incredible sunsets. A huge thank to Kentaro for his care and kindness! We dream of returning to Ogijima again!

Everything was great! Kentaro was very very helpfull. He was in touch with us all the time, wrote the ferry schedule in advance, asked about food preferences. I was travelling with a friend and we got the address wrong, Kentaro also helped us to find a solution. We were able to cook in the kitchen, also we ordered breakfast and dinner which were very tasty. We had a room with a beautiful sea view. Some of the art facilities were closed but we looked at the ones that were available. Kentaro and his family were so friendly that I want to come back again.

The place is beautiful, our room had large windows with a view out over the ocean where we saw a beautiful sunset both nights. The host family were so lovely and were very attentive and also gave us space. They cooked us delicious meals that were very generous. We really loved our stay at the lemon tree hotel and would definitely go back.

Some of the doors were pretty low so you had to be careful not to bump your head, but you got used to it.

Everything is great, the people here are really friendly, i will come again.
