"Excellent"

Clean well equipped room. Very near bus stop for visiting city. Can self cater with microwave, coffee machine etc. Private entrance so can come and go at will.

Owner was nice and friendly.

Area was a bit rough. No direct outside car parking. The people above and at the side was noisy all night and day. House very creaky etc. Toilet a tight fit.

"Comfortable stay just outside of Birmingham city centre"

The accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't have to eat out. There was a fridge as well as a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. Had a good night's sleep and the host responded quickly to my messages. I parked my car at The Hawthorns park and ride in order to take the tram to Birmingham city centre.

The bathroom floor was a bit cold at times, so I suggest you bring a pair of slippers with you.

"Pleasant stay"

Nicely decorated, all you need for short stay was available, bed n linen was clean and fresh towels. Dirty dishes box was provided.
