Private En-suite

It was VERY clean and had all the things you needed. Quite modern. Carpark right at the door which was appreciated. Entry light to see your way.

It was noisy! The neighbours were test revving their motor bikes, but, I know that is out of the host’s control. We did however hear them walking around upstairs. Most annoying was the modern TV, which could only use the internet, which kept freezing. I also felt that the heater was inadequate to heat the room.

Very clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Easy check-in, didn't even need to speak to anyone.

Bath didn't get quite as warm as I would've liked it. The room was cold upon arrival; maybe in the future, the host could switch the heating on a bit before the check-in time. That said, the radiator in the room is new and relatively efficient, so it only took about 15 minutes for it to get warm.

Everything was excellent, unfortunately we had to drove back due to the weather conditions we were scared to be stock in Birmingham because of the snow.

Perfect self contained flat which was ideal for an overnight stay when attending a party nearby. Easy check in with key box. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Coffee and tea provided. A very well laid out place. .
