IEPerfect location, very clean everything was perfect
I think I got a ticket the Monday we were leaving belfast I had to park on double yellow lines outside the house to bring in the luggage out , there is no parking outside the house so we had to park very top of the road wasn't to bad but for anyone that have mobility problems might not suit

GBThe property was really clean and comfortable. It was incredibly conveniently located just off the high street for shops, places to eat and the train station. The bed was super comfortable. It was great to get so many channels and apps on the TV. We were given early check in and also offered late check out (due to a couple of issues we had during our stay).
The heating wasn’t working when we first arrived. We had to phone up the owner who talked us through resetting the boiler. It would have been good if that had been reset before we arrived. There was a note saying it was £5 an hour to heat the house after 5 hours per day of heat had been used. I called the owner in a bit of a panic as I wasn’t sure how to work out how many hours we had used and also it was February and very cold. He said he hadn’t enforced this with anyone so far. I don’t think 5 hours a day would be enough heat in winter to be comfortable. We were unable to use the whirlpool bath as there was an issue with the plug which was disappointing as it looked amazing!

GBThe house was very easy to find and a perfect base for our family holiday. The guest book had great recommendations too and the price was great.
We saw the note that said you get charged if you have the heating on for more than 5 hours which was a bit off putting with it being very cold and windy when we were there. However we did find that keeping the curtains and blinds shut did keep the warmth in but we could only have the heating on in the evening.
