We woke on the second morning to find we had what we thought was a power cut 3 hours later with help from a neighbouring property we managed to open the outside electricity box to find a “No money” notification The landlord gave my husband a code and after 4 hours we had electricity We we’re leaving on a flight but had no time to have our breakfast and couldn’t shower £95 a night! It was an ok place but I would never expect to have to wander around a street look for a friendly person to bring tools to look at the outside box etc. We will not be returning. I am horrified that a situation like that could have arisen. I gave a post op mobility issue and needed time and space to prepare to travel. Unbelievable situation. No offer of refund or compensation A very weak muted apology. Excellent I don’t think so.
ESWe stayed here over the Christmas period and the property was in a brilliant location. The house is really comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The owners were very communicative and really helpful. Would highly recommend and we will probably stay here again!

GBGreat location and close to all local facilities. Hosts were quick to communicate and pleasant. Clean and comfortable. Dog friendly secure back garden. Toiletries provided if you do not have your own. Streaming services on the telly. Good value for money.
Parking was very limited (school holidays are this week so could be a factor) the grass in the picture is Astro turf (for fussy dogs like mine who only go to the toilet on grass we had to go try find some grass each time,again no big deal) could do with more plug sockets and more crockery/utensils. We only had 3 people so enough for us.
GBGood location close to Holywood main street and close to Belfast and Bangor. Property was warm with towels and toiletries provided. TV had streaming services. Well equipped kitchen
6 people in the property would be a squeeze as seating in livingroom is really only for 5 adults. We were 2 adults and 3 teenage kids which was just enough. Sofa bed in livingroom was narrow if used as a double. Parking was free on street but is very busy. We had to park a few minutes walk away but it was fine.
