Lovely place, small but everything you need and great to have your own outside space.

Nothing, all good!

Close to shops & amenities The host left tea, biscuits, bread, jans, water bottles and even cold beer, which was a lovely thought

Very old and tired-looking accommodation The small back courtyard was not at all inviting, and could have done with a good weeding and cleaning. Old rusty BBQ. The front of the property needed a good weed. Not Ivery inviting.. We realised the accommodation was a part of the owner's home, but you could hear through the walls, dogs barking, talking and then using the stairs. So woken up early.

Very good location, comfortable bed and a lovely cosy feel to the property. The bathroom was very roomy and had a bath and a shower. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

A very minor niggle was the lack of draining facilities for the washing up

Clean & cosy. Personally I prefer a separate longe as I work away from home Monday to Thursday but this is fantastic as a compromise whilst I am in Fordingbridge. The couple of bottles of beer & bread & biscuits, etc are welcome at the end of a long day at work. Very comfortable. Thank you x

No separate lounge

Lovely and clean bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Clearly very well taken care of!
