Great location for my workplace. Cost & comfortable.

No separate lounge but large comfy bedroom with tv & armchairs plus table & chairs in the kitchen for dinner

Excellent. It had all we needed for a short stay. Owners left us beers, jammy dodgers, bread and jam which we greatly appreciated.

Hard to control shower temperature, otherwise perfect.

It was lovely that the owner left us a loaf of bread, biscuits tea coffee milk water and a couple of beers

There was nothing we didn’t really like it was small but was fine for a base in a lovely village with walking distance to shops

Perfect, comfortable with thoughtful little touches.

Nice touch to have groceries left for us

Shower ran mostly cold. Temperamental to use.

Lovely cosy place will definitely be returning

This was a very convenient and comfortable spot to break our trip between Cornwall and Kent. The flat was thoughtfully decorated and furnished, and there were little surprise extras like fresh bread.

Nothing of note- all very lovely.

Was comfortable and cosy, clean fresh and spacious, would stay again without doubt

1 little thing and it's could do with an outside light above the door of entrance as pretty dark but it's not a moan
