"Comfortable stay with good location"

Style of house location. Room size. Good view of the kelpies

Really poor water pressure. No air conditioning. Ripped curtain. Room hard to access with luggage. Stairs doors stairs doors stairs

Loved the hotel room was out of this world and I have stayed in some nice hotels, hotel its self is lovely breakfast staff were excellent, Receptionist was excellent, Cooks Restaurant was excellent.

One and only one negative, no bar staff on Saturday evening a very disgruntled staff member was brought from Cooks we waited around 40 mins for a drink and was told I could absolutely NOT have a cocktail, I did understand he was dragged from restaurant and that was very busy, however there was no choice for 2 drinks or 3 and big groups came in looking for drinks, such a shame other than that PERFECT
