Proper old fashioned hotel feel with competent staff and good facilities and food.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo dobrze. Obiekt znajduje się blisko The Kelpies, więc nawet przy krótkim, jednodniowym pobycie można wybrać się na spacer w okolicy. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Duży parking. Jedynie podwójne łóżko mogłoby być szersze.

Generally tired decor and poorly lit rooms

The staff were great and offered a warm welcome. The room was great too - clean and spacious.

The only downside was the shower - the pressure and temperature started ok (not greated) but very quickly the pressure dwindles and the temperature dropped (even though it was on the highest setting). But it was still a great stay overall.

Good location, nicely well kept facility.

Steps. There was no lift and no porter.

Het aantal stopcontacten op de kamer was erg karig, het slechte schilder en pleisterwerk van de ramen. De ramen konden niet of erg moeilijk open. Geen mechanische ventilatie op de kamer.
