Rooms were very comfy beds excellent size too along with a very pleasant bathroom

Lift didn’t work in the garden view so carrying bags upstairs wasn’t great

Un plus este locatia care iti permite sa vizitezi foarte multe atractii.

Hotelul este unul old style, insa ar putea fi aduse niste imbunatatiri (se vede ca este mai vechi). La mic dejun, la bufet ar mai putea fi adaugate chestii. (Se comanda si mic dejun local)

We rented 5 rooms. One room was excellent, but the others had mold in the bathroom and in one the floor was wet.

Maybe check the rooms before check-in to see if they are in good order? And we had a hard time finding where to check in at. There was one sign but it did not specifically say walk through the pub in order to find the small desk to check in.

Absolutely superb hotel room very spacious clean and welcoming staff at reception so helpful Highly recommended

There was nothing not to like

Location was excellent, easy walk to the Kelpies. Room a good size. On site parking. Cook's Bar and Kitchen so close...convenient to not have to search out a place to go. Great food and service. The bar was nice to relax in. Breakfast area had nice ambience and did excellent

Unfortunately for us lift not working atm. A suggestion for getting quicker service at the bar...maybe a bell or reception to take note thst people are waiting as the staff person in the bar also works in the restaurant ... they could ring, instead of the 4 patrons waiting 30mins We arrived back for afternoon tea .. Like a high tea...that was supposed to be available til 4pm but closed at 3.30pm. The young man was very nice and organised a smaller version. We appreciated that.
