Entire Three Bedroom House in Birmingham

Spacious

Could not get the heating to work, and there was no clear information to help. Had to sleep in the cool. And wait till morning to get help

Very spacious house with 3 double beds, nice and clean. Had two parking spaces on the driveway way it was perfect for our group.

Location was good with off road parking & bedding & towels provided.Hosts quick to respond to queries before arrival.We were well pleased with the property & everything worked for us

A lack of cooking utensils,although we took our own anyway.A lack of seperate mirror other than small bathroom one

The street was nice and peaceful, the house was spacious and comfortable and clean, it had a porch with a dinner table which was a nice touch and it was located 10 min drive from my family's house.

I don't have any thing to say here thank you for the house.

The location is perfect for just popping into Birmingham city Centre- made for a nice base for the trip. So many shops around too, so its perfect if you need to grab things!

The lock on the downstairs toilet area was broken, which we were not warned of prior to arrival and there were a few lighting fixtures lacking those all important light bulbs, however other than not being able to lock the door, there was nothing wrong with it.

The apartment is dirty everywhere, with stains on the floor and carpet. The cutlery was also dirty and if we wanted to use it we would have had to wash it. But the most serious thing is that the boiler does not work for heating or hot water, making it impossible to take a shower. We had read about this problem in previous reviews, but the owner has not had anything repaired in recent months. We contacted him but he was not able to resolve the problem even through his technicians who called us. He even wanted to send a technician the next morning, when we were already leaving. We had to go to sleep in the hotel and for this reason I will ask for a refund of the amount spent. Stay away from this dump!!!!!

The owners were easy to contact and willing to help with issues. This was appreciated. Beds were comfy. Good location.

The garden was unusable and unsafe. There were cardboard cups for light fixings, bare wires in places, not enough cutlery/crockery, the doors upstairs self lock without you knowing it, no fire/smoke or carbon monoxide testers. Most things were ‘doable’ but need more attention to safety.
