The location of the property was great.

To be honest not much, it was big enough for us all. There were no curtains on front windows by the door so you could see straight in so very open and not private. It was cold and we could not figure out how to turn heating or hot water on. The bed wasn’t comfortable. There was no tea or coffee in the house which I’ve always had when renting out an air b&b. I liked the location of the property as it wasn’t too far from the centre but that’s about it.

It was good family apartment, comfortable to live, place was spacious.

Bedsheets were not clean, had yellow stains on it. very disappointed. Tv was not working as our baby wanted to watch. No Kitchen towels were provided.

Location was good, nice quiet road and had shops very close by. It was spacious and had comfortable beds.

It was quite dirty in places where it had been neglected (carpet stain, dust etc. ) and the bedrooms need darker curtains / blinds. As 4-5am we was getting up as the sun was.

It was a reasonable price, had parking and was easy to find

The property is poorly maintained, missing light bulbs, sockets hanging off, sticky floors and garden with broken glass and dangerous drop.

Communication with the host was fast and effective - I got a call when I asked a question about check in. The space in the house was great and all the basics were provided. Just a warning that the driveway can only fit 2 hatchbacks - if you have a saloon like we do, it will only fit in sideways as the driveway isn't very deep.

We lost hot water at one point, but I was able to check and restart the boiler as it seems it has an issue. The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is at the brink of toppling over - we were worried when using it! A roll of kitchen towels would have been handy :)

Lovely spacious house

Could do with a good spruce up. Stained rug. Garden unsafe not good for children trampoline was completely broken. Dirty used bbq just left in garden. Was a bowl of water just left in the cupboard. Tried playing card on the table and they just stuck the the table needs a good clean. Conservatory needs blinds to keep the sun out. Bedrooms need a good sort out beds weren't very comfortable only one pillow each. Head board in one was all ripped. Fitted sheets didn't even fit the mattress. No propa blind in any bedroom so the light was pours in in the mornings. Also could do with a mirror in each bedroom. Bathroom was nice but it needs a hand towel and bith matt. Very basic. Electrics also need a upgrade. There wasn't even a bulb in one bedroom!!!
