Entire Three Bedroom House in Birmingham

Gorgeous spacious home (kitchen, lounge, conservatory/dining room & bedrooms). Had everything you needed with shops & eateries a couple of minutes drive down the road. The upstairs bathroom was lovely and the downstairs toilet was an added bonus!!!!

The mini rebounder out back was a bit of a safety hazard but we tried our best to keep our kids indoors. The plug socket in one of the bedrooms was hanging out of the wall & main bedroom light wasn’t working. Parking was also not good for larger vehicles.

The property was clean and tidy. Good location for access to Birmingham airport which was only about a 20 minute drive

The boiler didn’t work so we had no hot water. The host did offer to send someone over to have a look but at 9pm and knowing we had to be up at 3am for the airport we declined and opted for cold showers instead. It was a very old boiler and definately needs upgrading

Keybeasy to find, plenty of sockets and all was clean. Marks on carpets from spills from previous rentera but expected. Good value for money.

I love how close the house was to Birmingham Airport..and the fact that local mom and pop stores are very friendly. The house is also close to the city center shopping complex you only take one bus for 2 pounds sterling to get there though its quite a ride, but it cheaper than taking taxi to the city center. The host is very quick to respond to all my questions, and try as much as possible to resolve issues. She is very relatable. The street is quite and not lots of activities going on and you can walk to the nearby parks and old churches for scenic pictures. Neighbors are friendly too..they drove my sister and her kids to the nearest Macdonald while she was waiting for us to get there. I felt safe in the neighborhood

The house just needs a little TLC..maybe more pots and pans, kitchen knives, napkins and hand towels..we had to go out the next day to shop for paper towels to use in the kitchen and dry our hands.

The socket was hanging off in the bedroom. The shower tray feel off onto my toe.
