KOSKO Casa Hotel

The owners - Helga and Romulo - are some of the most loving and helpful people I met during my travels. Even when I lost my purse and passport they did everything to help me to get it back, which I did eventually. I really liked the location, quiet and very close to nature and the ancient sites. Romulo even gave me a little tour around the sites. They also gave me a hot-water bottle every night because it was a bit cold. Two super lovely humans. Thanks so much, would definitely coming back!

Very kind hosts who go out of there way to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is delicious! Most comfortable bed I have stayed in so far in Peru. 2 very cute dogs. Lots of spaces to hang out.

The windows in the room were inward facing throughout the hotel, i enjoy scenery. I assume this is for security and privacy though. The terraces make up for it.

The hotel is located right at the gate of national park. It's quiet with a beautiful remote view but still able to stroll down to the city through inca trail which is a walk we all loved. We lived there for a week, and all got underweather with food poison. Our hosts, romulus took care of us like family, helped with medicine, cooking and changing our itinerary with flexibility. We loved our stay there, relaxing in their garden with a herb tea from their own grown.

Helga and Romolo are extraordinary people. They have great hosting, and you feel at home; nothing is missing. Thanks for everything, and we hope to revisit you.

Owner Romulo and his staff are so nice, they are always ready to help and tell you everything about Cusco. The hostal is on the outskirts of the city (close to some Inca relics) and I had to catch ride to MachuPichu at 3am, Romulo was really considerate that he said it’s probably hard to hire Uber so he booked a cab for me and ensure a fair price is charged. The room is clean and cozy, very good value. I hope the best for everything for them. Hopefully one day I return and chill with them!

I had one of the most welcoming stays at this hotel, nestled in a beautiful area. It’s the perfect location for those looking to connect with nature and explore unique parts of Cusco that aren't widely known. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, featuring a lovely terrace with stunning views. The hospitality of Romulo and Gelga is truly exceptional. Romulo picked us up and ensured we were comfortable after a challenging bus ride. They were always available to answer our questions and provide directions. The following day, we enjoyed a fantastic horseback ride through the area, visiting the Templo de la Luna, the Wind Temple, Paqcha K'usillo, and Kusilluchayoc, the Temple of the Monkeys. We were fortunate to have Romulo as our guide; his extensive knowledge and passion for the region enriched our experience. Hearing the history from his perspective was a true honor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad that we could only book a few nights. I highly recommend this place—it's just a 20-minute drive from the center of Cusco, with taxis readily available. Romulo is always there to assist if needed.

The hosts were incredibly nice, even took the time to bring us on a tour of some ruins close to the hotel. Great breakfast, beds were comfortable and location is great if you want something a little bit outside of central cusco. Couldn't recommend enough this hotel.
