Apart Hotel LOFT

Spacious, fully equipped apartment, good location, friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Not very far from the city centre and within walking distance from Mega Alma-Ata mall and nice view of front river. I'm looking forward to staying there again. Special thanks to Ms.Atiqa 😊💐

Nothing, except that the apartments are on the first floor and no elevator available, which might not be suitable for some people, but it was fine with me

500m from Mega mall, staff named Daniel was super helpful and amazing. Facilities top notch. Also kitchen was well equipped and washer is available .

No lift so if you have big bags, be prepared to hand carry them through a flight of stairs.

Clean and Very accommodating staff. Too bad we only spent few hours there checked in late and checked out late.

No elevator but it’s just on the 2nd floor so not much of a con.

Cleanliness and comfort are guaranteed in this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Almaty for a longer period of time. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and polite, especially Aytouqn - Eko to whom I am very grateful for her constant help during my stay in this hotel.

Wifi connections wasn't so good and often failed to connect.
