Apart Hotel LOFT

it’s very clean and we were fully satisfied with everything. we definitely recommend this place !!

nothing , all was perfect

The apartment was clean, neat and the facilities were perfect. The cleaning crew and staff were absolutely lovely, warm helpful and efficient. The furniture and lighting was very sleek and neat!

The reception was substandard. The lady there wasnt very willing to talk and help out. She seemed rather annoyed to have to deal with customers more that the required minimum.

The rooms are clean and design of the porpery is cool. TV and net are fast.

Nice apartment

We were not happy with the staircase up and down floors . The hotel is one block and reception was in the next. We checked out the following day and we were charged 50% of the entire stay. It is not fair but that was the rule of the hotel. Maybe, being senior citizens they should allow some flexibility. They should say this loud so that others may not be in the same boat

Good setup, limited rooms and they have a kitchen where you can prepare your own food. Good location by the canal and near a mall, walkable access to some spots, away from the old city but easily accessible by taxi. The hotel is situated in an residential area.

The utensils were a bit dirty and had to cleaned by us before using them. Everything else was well managed

The interiors within the building and the rooms were extremely well done, clean and picturesque. The 2 bedroom was huge with plenty of space, wardrobes, a dining table for 4 and all kinds of cutlery, latest gadgets like a TV, dish washer, washing machine. To top it all, everything was brand new and the washroom had a spritzer too 😉 The property is a 5 minute walk away from Mega mall which hosts many top brands, a hypermarket, exclusive wine shop, ice rink, trampoline park, 2 levels of food courts with every cuisine one can possibly think of. There is also a play area for kids just outside the mall.

The 2 bedroom had only one bathroom but the staff were kind enough to let us use the common washroom just outside our apartment. The building looks old from the outside and does not have a lift like most properties in KZ but the staff once again obliged and brought the luggage to our room. The security would not open the barrier for our vehicle because the reception did not ask us before hand and share the car plate number so that led to a traffic jam and delayed our check in slightly. Even when we got there, the room wasn’t ready and still being cleaned so we had to wait around a little longer after 2pm.

Everything is brilliant! Brand new property with high tech appliances which function very well.
