Location is very good.

Lift was broke, and I had to climb stairs with infant and stroller. I also didn’t like that you cannot even leave stroller downstairs at the entrance as the reception is upstairs.

A fantastic little place, one of the best I've stayed at in Almaty. Amazing value for money, cleanliness and help from front desk, could not fault it and at this price, would definitely recommend. The amenities of having your own little kitchen, TV, kids having their own bedroom, was ideal. The proximity to the mall was great, literally about a 5-10 min walk. They have a food court,, little supermarket etc there too. Then pictures reflect the rooms, clean, modern and equipped with all you need.

Nothing, honestly could not fault it. Like a home from home.
