Wye Valley Lodge

Location was great. A warm, welcoming property with plenty of space for 6 of us. Drinks trolley. Easy parking.

Larger towels please A couple more dishwasher tablets Lack of toaster (we had been warned it was broken) Poor selection of drinking glasses and no jug. Shower door in main bathroom didn't shut. No shower toiletries. All of these things are small issues which would just make the experience of staying that little bit nicer.

Property was stunning and fully equipped, fantastic views and super comfortable beds! A pool competition took place every night aswell. Absolutely fantastic

Second stay, beautiful property, perfect location. Love the big open space downstairs area.

Shame the fireplace had changed to an electric one. A large amount of cobwebs and spiders.

Lovely comfortable accommodation and plenty of space for a family. The games room was great for our teenage grandchildren.

There is nothing … we were really happy.

The house was in a perfect location for the Wye Valley trail. Very spacious with comfortable sofas and beds and lovely views across the valley. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking for our 3 smaller cars and ramp easy to negotiate once we'd got used to it. The house was beautifully clean and as described. Excellent communication from the owners.

Everyone loved the games room & the space ideal for 9 of us over 3 generations. Great that there was such a lot of crockery. We had a problem initially with the gate padlock but managed to get it sorted. The owner always responded quickly to our queries.

Nice comfortable lounge and dinning area. Help from owner/housekeeper regarding trouble opening key box. Location was excellent for visiting puzzlewood, Raglan Farm, paddling at pebble beach Ross on Wyre.

None of the electric hob rings got hot enough to cook on. Had to vacuum the house due to the amount of cob webs and spiders in bedrooms and hallways.
