Loved the attention from the staff and the facilities. The place is beautiful. Spoke to me as an old soul honestly. Loved the food, the calming environment, the drinks. I truly relaxed.

The room service cleaning could be improved. We had dinner in the balcony and it took them two days to clean up the utensils. Other than this I enjoyed the amenities. I also think they could put in a bit of effort in the maintenance of the place, some spaces were run down like the spa. I love an old aesthetic but the place needs and deserves a spruce up or upgrade in some areas. The place is magical and aside from the few comments I really did enjoy every bit of my stay here.

Towels were old, the location is not great, the access road there is terrible and you can’t swim in the ocean with all the litter.

Персонал отеля украл мои деньги. Еда была плохая, я отравился, вынужден был лечиться. В номере, который мне предоставили, протёк унитаз и мне заменяли номер, что было неудобно. Оборудование старое и ломается.

The food served at breakfast was not good. Some of the workers came knocking at our room at late hours.

Power Fluctuations, Internet fluctuations, No TV in the rooms.

Eine sehr abgelebte Hotelanlage. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht passend. Bei Abendveranstaltungen "Pizzabuffet" müssten wir trotz Halbpension zusätzlich zahlen. Die Poolanlagen wurden nicht gereinigt, der weiße Bikini war danach gelb. Überhaupt nicht wie bei Booking oder anderen Seiten dargestellt.
