The location is very close to the city center and they offer parking. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was rich and offers variety of food. The rooms are clean. The beds and blankets are very comfortable

Our room was very small and the sink was so little that it was impossible not to speal water outside of it. No heating like every structure in Peru, but they can rent it if you need.

Fue un excelente trato desde que llegamos, el anfitrión estaba súper pendiente y contestaba super rápido. Si debo quedarme en Puno está será nuevamente mi opción.

Personal super atento, una habitación de al lado tenía la música muy alta y les pidieron que bajasen el volumen en cuanto se lo pedimos.

Muy poco agua en la ducha.
