super helpful staff

Lovely, helpful staff and good location. Great value for money and decent basic facilities. We arrived by train and it was very easy to reach from the station.

Our room was quite noisy due to the street outside and the hallways being quite echoey

Fairly centrally-located, without being close to noisy streets or town plazas; the room is comfortable and a decent size as well. The walls/doors are thin, but neighbors were respectful. I appreciate how secure this property is with cameras on every floor and in common areas.

I booked this stay specifically for the Wi-Fi as I had an important meeting to attend; the Internet was spotty throughout my stay, unfortunately.

Staff was great. They gave us free coffee in the morning even tho we didn't pay for breakfast. Wi-fi was decent when we arrived, but stopped in the night and was off in the morning. Had to ask for towel and remote control for the heater - but having a heater was fantastic. Staff helped with luggage. Nice to have a couch, but it was a hard one! Super close to train station - our morning destination walk.

Booking.com stated had self catering facilities and kitchen. When in the middle of cooking dinner told that we were unable to use the kitchen and were forced to stop cooking immediately, wasting our food. The staff were not apologetic and difficult. We would not have booked the hotel if it did not have a kitchen to use. The information provided prior to booking was misleading.
