Very clean Breakfast was ok Staff were really nice

No hot shower on our second morning. Asked about it but no solution Located on a steep hill, tough to walk up with the altitude

Comfortable bed. Member of staff who welcomed us was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Hotel is up a hill. Have to buzz to get in every time. Breakfast started an hour late so we missed out as we had to leave for a tour

This was such a cute little hotel right near the city centre! It was incredibly clean and the bed was super comfy and warm (in the cold night temperature). The staff were lovely and it was definitely great value for money!

The casa hotel was on a hill with a nice view of lake and town. Quiet location. Am employee saw me on the street and helped me take my luggage up the hill to hotel as I was suffering from altitude sickness. At check in, Addi made me some mata de coca tea. On my birthday, the owners presented me with a delicious chocolate from the best bakery in town. All this for about $15 a night. You can say that I was well treated. Thanks to Addi and Soledad— and all the staff.

They brought me a better reading lamp, so they were about accommodating me as a guest.

The host was very friendly and very accommodating. Even after check out we were invited into the kitchen for more mate before we left. The room was very clean and the bed extremely cosy.

Hot shower at night time. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out.

Only cold water in the shower in the morning. Staff were not very friendly. Had to pay extra for heating. Bed did not have clean sheets and I had to ask for towels.
