Casa Hotel Lago Titicaca

Feli was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to assist us with questions we had, provide local information and attended to our requests. The premises was easy to find - very steep street though - very clean, a 2 minute walk to the main plaza and a five minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate and tea and coffee available all day. It has a beautiful sunroom on the top level to relax in. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately there were issues with hot water (common theme in Peru!) As long as we showered before 7pm there was hot water. However, any later and there was no hot water, barely a dribble from the tap and eventually no water until morning. Also quite noisy one night with a water pump malfunctioning in the level above.

Excellent customer service, nice and clean room. I i’ll definitely visit again.

Staff was very hospitable, and rooms were clean and cozy. Heater and many blankets were provided. Location was great ableit a bit uphill walk. On my first night I needed help ordering takeout and Angelica was very helpful with doing it for me. True hospitality here, making for a warm stay.

I wish their was a toaster at breakfast for bread but otherwise everything was great for my short stay.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Helped us on the phone with an airline. Also very welcoming after checkout while we waited for our bus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We were there late May and the temperatures droped to 2-3 C during night, and the rooms didn't have any heater and they were cold.

Breakfast was excellent, comfy beds.

Perfect bed and breakfast with private facilities . Close to main square so easy access. A fantastic welcome and the hostess did everything to ensure I was happy and even went beyond with her service. Highly recommended

Was not very clean, the rug looked like it had not been vacuumed in months and had other people’s hair all over it, the bathroom smelled bad and the place was very noisy so we did not sleep well.
