Please note that you will be required to travel on a ferry to reach the property. Please note that Shanklin Beach Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. You are welcome to bring your pets with you for an extra cost of 10£ for 1st day stay and 5£ for additional days stayed for per pet. However, pets are not allowed in sea view rooms, so please make sure you don't book a sea view room when you bring your pets. There are limited car parking spaces available, no prior bookings are accepted. Additionally, there is also street parking available during the winter months. Restrictions and charges may apply. Breakfast is not complementary, breakfast is optional and can be purchased for extra charges of 5£ per person prebooked, 7£ if they take it from the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Perfect location right on the beach and near pubs and cafes, shuttle bus to town and cliff lift. Nice staff.

Tired looking room, noisiest toilet I've ever heard, absolutely no water pressure, a dribble of a shower. Locked out on last night (front/side door should not have been locked) after banging, shouting, calling emergency number, no help, managed to eventually find un unlocked staff door around the back!!! Would not stay again!

Our stay at Shanklin Beach hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the free parking was a nice perk. However, the rooms were basic and could use some updates. It’s a decent option if you need a budget-friendly place to stay.

The shower was a major issue, with the water fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Additionally, the thin walls meant we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Location was good as right on the sea front next to the arcades. Parking on site however, wasn’t made aware of this until after we had paid to park in a nearby car park.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable (only managed about an hour of sleep!). Received a phone call from the hotel to advise there would be no staff overnight so had to change plans to go and collect keys early. No access to rest of the hotel all evening/morning so ended up just leaving the keys outside the room and letting ourselves out.
