This was our second stay, and as good as the first. Very well equipped, welcome provisions, comfortable bed, good shower. Lovely views down to the harbour and up to the top of Slieve Donard. Nice to meet the owner. We’d be very happy to stay again.

Provisions provided - milk bread butter small wine complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Very welcoming touches. Recommendations for local pubs/ restaurants also provided.

The apartment was lovely & warm when we arrived on a cold and wet afternoon. Lovely little touches like a fresh loaf of bread and fresh milk provided for us. Location was great as it was within walking distance of all amenities, shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach! Would highly recommend.

The location is great, so close to main street Newcastle and also Slieve Donard if interested in hiking. The view of Donard from the kitchen window is spectacular. Coffee, tea, milk, bread, selection of cereals, butter and jams were provided, which was a lovely gesture.

Our hosts provided a great welcome pack, cereals, jams, bread, butter, milk, coffee, and mince pies. I couldn’t get the smart tv to work our first night but they responded quickly to suggest I try reconnecting it to the WiFi. This worked so we didn’t need any further help. It’s a great flat, very comfortable bed, powerful shower. We would be very happy to book again and definitely recommend it to others. Thanks Marilda and Fionn.
