The South Promenade apartment

The little touches provided were very thoughtful.Bread , milk, butter ,mince pies and wine.I loved the fact they had blankets as I love wrapping them round me when on the settee.I'd also a bit of a sore back and was grateful for the water bottle.The Christmas decorations were nice and it was no distance to the centre of the town which was handy as we had friends playing a gig in the Donard on Sunday afternoon.The Seaview and mountain view was lovely .All in all it was a lovely relaxing break.

Hosts were fantastic and the little extra touches were so kind and thoughtful! Booked the property for a colleague for work as it was close to where we needed to be, ideal location and facilities. Hosts also checked in to ensure everything was okay, they also have fantastic communication and instructions making it easy and simple. Thank you so much!

Excellent location and cosy

The flat was very nicely located on the seafront, with parking behind - which was a great bonus. The host had said she would leave us some basic rations, but on arrival there was far more, including cereals, sweets and a mini bottle of wine. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by the host. Great attention to detail, with mini pumpkins dotted around due to the season. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the region again.

Perfect location and very welcoming. Leaving some milk orange juice, porridge and bread was so appreciated!

Perfect spot for our needs, excellent property and host's who went way above to make our stay hassle free, communicated well and clear instructions, the addition of all essentials being provided unknown to us was a very appreciated touch. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of spending time in Newcastle and we will be back.

Nothing to add

This property was perfect for my daughter and myself. Spotlessly clean and once the car was parked up we never used it the whole weekend. Everything within walking distance. The hosts, Marilda and Fionn went out of their way to leave a wee goodie welcome pack including fresh milk and bread. A few touches including kids goodies, made our stay feel so much more personal. When up in Newcastle we have always stayed in hotels but after our weekend we will definitely be back to this property 😊

We liked the Flat very much, hosts were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Flat was spotless, we were provided with lots of lovely goodies, lovely gesture from our hosts.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.Location was great, we were able to visit lots of different places.
