The South Promenade apartment

The location of the property was perfect a short 10minute walk to the main areas. And has beautiful views outside the windows. Neighbours were also very friendly. The flat was perfect for my wee family of 4, my son slept on the sofa bed and we had the bedroom and we took our next-to-me crib for our baby which fitted in great with still space. The kitchen/livingroom/bathroom were all clean & tidy and just the right size.

The only thing I would say I disliked about the property and I hate to say it, was in the kitchen, the cupboards had a bad smell in them which meant the dishes had a smell so we washed them prior to use, the fridge also had a smell too perhaps something went off prior to our stay. However both very visibly clean, perhaps just need a good clean & air out ☺️

The location was excellent, full amenities in the kitchen and a lovely big bowl of fruit on arrival. plenty of parking space and a lovely host.

Fantastic location, easy to get to with a sea view. Super close to all the exciting things to do in the town. Great facilities everything you need to have a great holiday. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, comphy beds.

Was great place

What a lovely flat! Location was amazing, walking distance to everything which was great for us especially with the dog. The beach and promenade was minutes away, and the weather was great which made it even better, lots of local restaurants and pubs also within walking distance. Could not fault the location, and very friendly host. Was at the other end of the phone line when we needed. Not that we needed it but communication was great. Very cosy and homely flat at night and great ambience! Our dog also loved it, although nowhere really for dogs to walk about freely but we knew that before arrival and were ok with it as we knew we would be out most of the time!

The one and only downfall was some parts of the cleanliness of the flat. I’m not saying it was really dirty as bedding was fresh and clean, fresh towels and clean kitchen and living area but a few bits I could notice in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. However I’m not very picky, and everything else was top tier. Just thought I’d mention it as feedback is key.
