The service of the host honey is really great and he facilitated our requests very promptly. He is a very good host who helps the guests to the last possible step. Great guy, River town stays is lucky to have him.

The cleanliness is a bit questionable at the property.

We truly loved our stay. Honey is an amazing host, making sure that our everyday was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were neat and clean and everyday we were served breakfast consisting of fresh fruits and spicy Indian breakfast dishes. Honey made us feel at home away from home.

Staff were really helpful and the place was comfortable and clean.

The location is in the bylanes of old Varanasi so it becomes a bit difficult to access.

Everyone at River Town Stays is amazing right from Honey, Beenu and Kuldeep to everyone who helped me figure out my solo trip because they put me touch with right people and made sure I saw Varanasi as a local and not as tourist. Aside from being the most warm hosts they have great location of the guest house and facilities at the home stay makes life a lot easier. This is my go to place at Varanasi now.

The location was just behind Sakka Ghat and their was no noise after reaching hotel. There was a terrace and view from terrace to Ganges was beautiful. We enjoyed watching kite flying, sunset and Ganges. Host Honey took care of our requirements well and went out of the way guiding us with routes and our food preferences. He made some delicious dal and rice for us, a herbal tea and got us hot milk and the Varanasi famous Malio. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Facility was clean and neat. Honey is a dedicated and genuine soul.

The service was very good thanks to honey bhaiya. Support from Kuldeep bhaiya in resolving issues was very helpful.the view of the ganges from the terrace is mesmerizing.sakka ghat is very good start for walk along the ganges. Enjoyed every moment there. Look forward to come again.

Personalized care, specially by their staff named 'Honey' who is in charge of the day to day needs of guests. Be it arranging food from outside, as they do not have a kitchen, booking vehicle, and carrying luggage to the road. Honey is soft spoken and humble , always has a helping hand. Generally the management is responsive and accommodating.

The narrow pathway from the road to the hotel.. filled with Cows and their Dung. No kitchen or Breakfast possible, some minimum arrangement like Microwave, Toaster and Induction cooker / heater is needed. The stairs are very steep , hence climbing for aged people are very difficult.

As a solo female traveller, I had a wonderful stay at River Stays Hotel in Varanasi. The hotel was spotless and provided a comfortable, safe space to relax. The hospitality truly stood out, with special thanks to Honey, who was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. The owner and staff were warm, attentive, and made sure every need was met. The location was perfect for exploring Varanasi, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat. River Stays offers excellent value, making it an easy choice for anyone visiting Varanasi. Highly recommended!
