"Great staff, shorter distance is mentioned but it actually costs TL 1500 more to reach there from Airport!"

The staff were really helpful and kind

the bathroom smelled like mold and the room was a connecting and smoking room and we could hear the talking in the next room

"Lack of staff"

Very nice and clean hotel. Good location also.

The staff!! The room was too hot (5th of April). No one answering at the reception. Hairdryer was almost on fire. Again no one on the reception. Very clean and nice rooms but lack of staff!! Also nothing in the room. No water, no tea nothing. Room service: nothing. So as long as everything goes well is the room and hotel perfect. But if there is a problem: no one to answer or help.
