the hotel location and the room was very good specially the one we booked

the room seervice and lack of communication with the staff as unfortunatly they mostly wasnt able to speak english

"} I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Van. The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully located with a great view of Lake Van. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. What really made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful, but I would especially like to thank Mr. Deniz for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely caring. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay much more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Van, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you again, Mr. Deniz, for your exceptional servic
