Really warm and comfortable apartment, much appreciated as the temperature began to fall. Met all our needs

Value for money and central location

Noise from road and upstairs neighbour. They weren’t being deliberately noisy but the fooorboards are very creaky.

Excellent communication from the host and we were offered early check in/late checkout. Nice location with just a short walk to everything we needed.

There is no free parking outside the property. It is just a short walk from the train station, but we needed to drive on this occasion

Was very easy to check in and get the key from the lock box.

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tidy, well-kept, and well-prepped for our stay. Everything from the electronics, the facilities, and the utilities was in working order that we had no concerns during our stop. The host was nothing but kind, considerate, and very approachable. They were very thoughtful in regards to our needs prior to the stay and made sure all was ready for us, which we appreciated a lot. It took a weight off a very heavy-planned trip. They also let us know that if we had any concerns that they were only a phone call away, if needed, which was very reassuring. The overall communication was on point. The location of this accommodation is perfect for those wanting or needing to be in the town centre. For those wanting to explore, there are plenty of forms of transport nearby, and there are plenty of places to park. You're not far from a local park and other points of interest (by foot). It is an ideal place for those wanting to visit the wonders of Perth. Overall, we had a great experience, and we can not thank the host for allowing us to stay in their accommodation, it became a home away from home.

There is not one negative point that comes to mind with this accommodation. We would highly recommend it if you would like an apartment where it is self-catering and in the town centre.

The property was good in the city center of Perth City.

The old bedsheets and duvet, that was old which can be replaced with new one and with the better linen and the duvet cover.

Perfect central location. Fully equipped & very clean apartment for a family stay. Great communication from owner, easy well explained check in. Added extra of a few children’s toys to help entertain my kids.

I was fully aware of the downsides of the apartment before booking so it was expecting but if you don’t want two flights of stairs or noisy traffic noise then this isn’t for you. My children still slept absolutely fine and stairs were easy enough to carry the pram up & down!
