You want to get (in)to Perth? You'd get a HQ. Perth centre is about ten minutes walk from there. The River Tay is about five minutes from there. Groceries are about five minutes from there. Actually, the apartment is situated about two minutes from the Perth Golden Mile (that unfortunately no longer exists). The flat consists of two bedrooms that could occupy two. So a party of four could do a stay in Perth as long as at least to of them could put up with each other. As long as we stayed there we didn't experience any nightly noise, although I wouldn't vouch for it during busier days. We stayed there during Easter Weekend. Tesco is ten minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer's Food Hall is twelve minutes walk away. Morrison's is about a quarter of an hour walk away. The kitchen was well equipped, no salt, pepper, oils or other base condiments to buy. I find it embarrassing having to clean the cutlery, pots and pans because pre-occupants aren't able to do basic errands before leaving a flat. But this is not meant to criticize our hostess, but to remind people that a short-term rented apartment is no excuse for behaving like stone age people. If I owned a flat I'd expect my (short term) rentees to behave like civilized human beings. Given that the flat didn't much leave to be desired. Everything we expected to be provided, has been provided. You want to visit Perth? No problem. You want to walk along the Tay River? No problem. You want to use Perth as a hub to explore 'You know what'? Well, possible. There's no bus stop more than ten minutes of walk away.

You don't like the things cats are to leave? Take a deep breath before opening the the door to the apartment. It's worth it.

The location was good, it was close to the town centre and there were lots of pubs and restaurants close by. It was quiet and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions.

We couldn't get the tv to work.

I think need upgrade for bedding sheet and cover and pillow was flat and need new pillow that’s all. Kitchen is fine and bathroom is fine but bed sheet and cover for bed need upgrade because bed cover look fade and look not nice if put new cover and sheets and new pillow look smart and look nice 😊 my friends say double bed mattress is too soft effect and not uncomfortable but twin beds are fine
