Good blackout curtains, very central, warm and comfortable and clean. A lovely cot with a mattress was provided for my grand son, some places provide a cot but no mattress.

Alot of steps up to it, but good for the legs lol My single bed was comfy but i did miss a bedside lamp,my friend in the double bed complained of a sore back because the mattress had a hollow in it.

Spot on location, right on the centre of the city. The apartment was super clean, with a great layout. The beds were comfy. I was staying in the bedroom with single beds with my grown-up daughter, and the layout meant we still had our own space, which was nice. The kitchen has everything you need, with a good-sized fridge and freezer. The living area is so comfortable and looks fab. The TV was easy to use. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower was perfect. It was easy to find and loved the fact it was in a traditional Scottish tenement (outside stairs leading to the apartment). There is parking nearby, and you get 15 mins free parking to drop off your bags (just use a parking bay outside and press for a ticket). Great communication. We would definitely stay here again. It was great value for money given the location and prices of similar apartments nearby.

We loved it. To enhance it even more, I'd suggest a small bedside cabinet next to the single bed nearest to the door and a tea towel (we only used a couple of cups etc so it wa easier just to wash them in the sink). That is me being ridiculously picky.

Building needs a lot of work and the flooring in the flat feels like it will give away under you any minute

Lovely flat, had everything you need for self catering and was very clean and comfortable. Central to Perth so plenty little shops around for basics and supermarkets close by for a bigger shop. Although it is a city center it was relatively quiet, I also had no problem parking in a side street less than 1 min walk from the flat, it was free in the evening and all day Sunday so only ended up paying for a couple of hours over Saturday/Monday day time which was a lot cheaper than the parking sites I looked on and a lot closer. Needed the car as we were doing activities just outside Perth but its relatively close to train/bus station so car wasn't essential if your staying within city limits. Easy self check in and host was on the ball with messaging instructions etc. Well worth the money, would definitely stay again.

lots of stairs 40 each way ,quite noisy place shook every time a bus passed. Just to say hosts usually have milk for arriving.

Location to Perth centre.

Picture used not at all like the room you get. Not sure if bedding was clean, hairs on pillows, things in bed. Towels didn't smell very good. Probably not stored well or stored in fusty cupboard. Shower dirty, footprints on shower tray. . Had to clean before using. Crockery not very clean. Had to clean before using them.. Same with glasses and cups. Kind of place you would stay for a night only but at half the price we paid.
