Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Staff ist sehr willkommendheissend und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Great, clean place and staff are extremly helpful. They helped us a lot during typhoon and they put guests as their first priority. Thank you and I totaly recomend it.

The staff were friendly and very accomodating.They were the gem of this hotel.

The room is a bit small and there is a lot of mosquitoes.I think it would be better if you put a citronella spray or candle inside each room.But overall,the stay was good.9

El personal encantador, las chicas de la recepcion son un amor. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero la cama es muy comoda y esta cerca de todo.

Por poner una pega, el poco espacio de las habitaciones, no puedes deshacer la maleta y ni poder tus cosas. Y la ducha al estar dentro del water esta todo mojado.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but my experience was very different. The first room had clean sheets but was extremely small — you couldn’t even open your suitcase or take your clothes out. We decided to pay for another room hoping for more comfort, but although it was slightly bigger, it still had no closet or space to store clothes. The second room was very disappointing. The sheets hadn’t been changed — they had hairs and a smell of sweat, and it was honestly disgusting. I noticed it around 10 p.m., and luckily someone from the staff was still there, so I asked for clean sheets. The sink counter was dusty and full of short hairs, one shower hose was broken, and one shower head didn’t work. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were very poor, and the rooms were uncomfortable. The positive reviews do not reflect the real experience.

Very clean, modern and the decoration is very nice throughout. All staffs are very friendly, helpful and accommodating from the manager, security, the cleaner and all.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, sodass Restaurants, Shops und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar ist. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal absolut zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Die Auswahl ist zwar sehr überschaubar jedoch super lecker.
