Everything was very nice and clean, the staff super friendly and always available

Personeel is top! Vrolijk, behulpzaam, gezellig. Alles heel netjes verzorgd en we waren iedere keer blij als we aan kwamen rijden en ons mooie slaapplekje zagen.

Niks aan te merken.

Top locatie. Fijne bedden en lief personeel. Fifth de huishond maakte het helemaal af voor mij!!

De badkamer is echt suuuuper klein

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel und Zimmer, entspricht genau dem Bildern. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Liegt etwas abseits

Great common areas and staff. We had a good room. Location is good if you want to visit General Luna, while it’s a bit further if you plan to stay closer to the restaurants or Cloud 9, but transport in Siargao is cheap and easy anyway

We checked out early at our own expense due to the horrible experience we had here. We expected a lot more due to the high price of this stay compared to everywhere else we stayed in the phillipines. The staff listened but did nothing to help us and offered no support to help improve our stay. The power was gone for more than half our stay here and while this can't be controlled by the hotel, the generator did not come on in line with the scheduled times they provided us. When it did come on this led to a bright emergency light coming on in our room which meant every couple hours during the night, we were awoken by this light. This light also attracted lots of bugs and flies which were then drawn to any source of light in the room like phones etc and made the room extremely uncomfortable to be in. The bathroom is tiny! Everything gets soaked when the shower is on and takes forever to dry. Even with Aircon and fan on, the floor was always wet. The window frequently had people walking by and lots of noise so sleep and privacy were affected.

Niente di troppo importante da segnalare Forse solo la presenza di qualche insetto di troppo in stanza.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Miatarbeiter. Schöne Einrichtung und alles war sehr sauber.
