The room is really small as well as the bathroom/toilet (everything at the same space (toilet and shower). There is no daily service room and the facilities are ok (not amazing - really small swimming pool)

I really disliked the sink tap. What should have been a simple task turned into a frustrating experience due to poor design. The mechanism made it difficult and time-consuming to turn the water off, which felt completely unnecessary and led to water being wasted. On several occasions I couldn’t turn it off at all and had to ask someone for help. Honestly, the sink would greatly benefit from a better, more user-friendly tap.

The property is near General Luna and famous spots.

We do not recommend this place. Pool access is only until 8:30 PM, yet the staff allowed foreign guests to stay beyond that time, causing significant noise and disturbance that disrupted our sleep. When we raised this concern with the manager, she told us that we should have informed the night guard, implying that maintaining peace was the responsibility of the guests rather than the management. The rooms are small, and the bed is uncomfortable. We requested housekeeping in the morning, but the room was only cleaned in the afternoon. Additionally, there is a ₱2,000 cash deposit that was not mentioned in the agreement. If you are low on cash, this can be inconvenient, especially since working ATM machines are hard to find in General Luna.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Close enough to walk to the central General Luna or the pier, but far enough to be peaceful, which I appreciated. The small pool gave perfect cool down moments to enjoy while having a break from exploring the island before dinner or going to bed. The staff was friendly and caring. They arranged transportation from and to the airport and also island hopping tour. Several breakfast options to choose from and made just for you when you order. I would definitely come back to this hotel. If you want a good reasonably priced hotel from General Luna and your plan is to explore the island, this is an excellent option.

The soundproofing could have been better, although this is a pretty common issue in Asian hotels in my experience. I always use earplugs while sleeping when I travel, so it did not affect me too bad.

El hotel es mono y no esta Justo en el centro, por lo que es mejor para descansar. Son 15 minutos andando al centro de la ciudad. La habitacion es pequeña, pero cómoda.

Atención! Cuando te envían email antes de llegar, te obligan a escoger entre transporte público o privado desde el aeropuerto. Nosotras no entendimos bien y dijimos público (pensando q quería decir transporte público como puede ser en cualquier país) pero era transporte llamados por ellos pero con más gente. Esto resultó en 350 pesos por personas. Aunque no lo utilizamos porque no nos enteramos, nos hicieron pagar el servicio. Aunque lo puedo llegar a entender, luego no tuvieron ningún gesto hacia nosotros durante la estancia lo cual, nos pareció de poco tacto. Recomendamos no coger este servicio porque es un poco más cara y fuera del aeropuerto puedes coger una furgoneta.

We loved everything here. From staff to the room. The pool is nice as well and very well located.
