"After the upgrade to room 7…we were comfortable and slept well. So thank you for making our stay a good experience."

We got upgraded by your Very efficient and courteous staff to room 7 no charge after our complaint about room 2 which was in the basement and seemed very creepy and musty. I have asthma and allergies and am very allergic to mold so the room just felt damp, dank and musty.

Room 2. See above comments. We didn’t expect to be put in a basement room. If we had known that we would not have stayed there.
