Beautifully appointed apartment in heart of Kelham Island that was perfect as a base for my daughter's wedding. The amazing view from living area and balcony added to the special feeling we had getting ready for the big day. Being within walking distance of the wedding venue, free parking and great directions added to the experience. Thank you.

It was a hot weekend and having a few more fans would have helped with keeping cool. A couple of extension leads would have been nice too.

"Disappointed"

This is a difficult review to write, the good bit was location when you got there, as Council pedestrianisation, makes getting there difficult. We made it a great event, and enjoyed ourselves, but the property was disappointing.

Where do I start. Misrepresentation: I agreed that the photographs are accurate, but they need to be seen in context, and the description does not fully describe the property. 1. It felt like living in an uncomplete building site, with Chipboard walls, not my idea of "industrial Chic" 2. The location of the property is close to a busy arterial Road, so be it. But there are heavy road noises and emergency sirens at ALL times of the day, not really "romantic" 3. "Private Bathroom" I suppose when you lock the door it is private [lock broken], also basic and shower poor. But you cannot call it private when it has to accommodate in our case 5 adults and 2 children. It is advertised as accommodating 8!!!. Probably a family of 4 might work. 4. Attic Room, accessed by a set of very very steep steps, and alternating step staircase adds to the challenge, also very hot with no ventilation. 5. External access. Whilst the photographs ARE accurate, there is no indication in the property description, that you have to go up 2 flights of stairs, difficult for those with less mobility, a fear of heights or take suitcases in and out, I was knackered. 6. "Free Parking" It was only 1 hour before, on receipt of entry information that it was disclosed that there was only one parking space. A significant problem when its a family get together from 3 different locations and 3 cars. An additional cost for on street parking. 7. Limited Kitchen facilities even for a family of 4, and the Rug in the lounge was curled and a serious trip hazard. 8. In other reviews it, comments on the quality of the welcome pack. In our case there was a single packet of crisps, and a couple of biscuits, probably we get there after the mice did.

Location was good, comfy for our single night stay. Snacks an drinks were a nice touch. Clean and warm.

Squeaky floorboards Rug was curled and tripping hazard Bathroom was basic and shower was poor. No coffee machine
