Location great, staff very helpful

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Arranged a tuk tuk driver for the day for us and we had the best time

The place was easy to find and generally speaking, it was quiet at night. Great location within walking distance to the lake and some restaurants and bars nearby. If you wanna get into town, expect a 30 minute walk more or less. Staff was friendly even though they spoke very basic English. My room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The AC worked like a charm and so did the hot water in the shower. Great value for money and also not too far from the train station by tuk tuk.

As far as I can tell they don't take card, only cash. Sometimes it was hard to find staff members around. Breakfast was very basic. I didn't like the fact that they closed the gate at 10pm. If I'm on holiday I like to have the freedom to come in and out whenever I feel like it without a curfew...didn't really understand the reason for this as this felt like a very safe neighborhood.

Hostess was very nice. Room was big. In facility tv and air-conditioning was available. Basic but good breakfast.(Both western and sri Lankan as we are pure vegetarian so options were less, but even good breakfast).Nice and helpful staff. T V has so many channels so good .

Kandy boutique villa by aradhya can not be found on Google.Hotel location was Somewhat within vicinity of activities ( though it is little far from temple and main market). Wifi signal were week., so was water pressure and proper heating of water.

Staff were friendly and the room was fine and shower was warm. Located on a quiet road by the lake.

Location on maps was not correct so our tuktuk driver went to the wrong place the other side of the lake so doubled our journey time - so make sure to check location with them first! Not very close to many restaurants

The location was a bit fine and the Bathroom was clean.

We had a triple deluxe room , but the room didn't have an desks to keep any luggage s and the hot water wasn't working. The tea is too expensive better to have it from outside. Booking through booking.com is cheaper as when booking directly too expensive and not worth the room. The bedding are not at all clean and the towels provided aren't clean as well. In my opinion the room is not worth the price Thank You.

The staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They have an on site restaurant but it was closed for dinner when we were there however when we ordered food delivered the hotel still provided us with plates and cutlery and even washed up after we finished eating. Just like if we had ordered from the restaurant.Walking back the first night the manager, who was going out to buy supplies for breakfast the next day, noticed my daughter and I checking our map on how to get back and instead of just giving us directions hew turned around and walked us back. The occasional monkey on the grounds offers some amusement, and the grounds are very nice and well maintained. The WiFi is very good, especially based on most of what we have found in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend! The area is very quiet so perfect for light sleepers like me.

Not a hotel comment, but Booking, Google and Uber all have trouble locating the hotel so make sure you double check with the hotel that you are going to the correct location.
