Place beautiful and cosy, big room and extremely nice staff, kind and helpful. They provided everything we requested. Walking distance to Sri Dalada maligawa and Kandy city. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Kandy.

It was in a good location. Near Kandy lake and central city.

Our arrival seemed to be somehow surprise. Even simplest questions caused confusion. The floor stained feet and socks to red.

The property is amazing with lot of greenery. Its a heritage bungalow, well maintained and great value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. This was by far my best stay in Srilanka.

Good location near the lake, nice garden, good breakfast, big room, hot shower.

Wifi was not working well in our room and had to use our data for calls. The rooms and buildings are not clean and would really need a renovation.

Fortuna Kandy totally blew us away. It's this amazing spot tucked in the city but feels like a secret hideaway. The vibes there were so chill and relaxing, yet you're right near all the cool stuff in the city. The team running the place were super cool, friendly and made us feel right at home. I absolutely loved the breakfast! It was not just yummy but seriously fresh! You could taste the difference. (You should try their Sri Lankan Cuisine) Rooms were comfy and cozy, and the price was just right, especially for a busy time in Kandy. Seriously wish we had more days to spend there! On our next visit to Sri Lanka, We will be right back with more people. Thank You for the amazing experience.

Wish I stayed longer

This property was a real find for us in Kandy! The setup around the villa was serene, and being close to Kandy Lake made it easy to explore the city on foot. The service was welcoming, and breakfast hit the spot every morning. You could tell they used fresh ingredients, and the staff's friendliness added to the experience. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the pricing felt reasonable, especially given the crazy rates elsewhere in Kandy during the peak season. Fortuna is a good bet if you're after a comfy stay in Kandy. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, convenience, and cost. Definitely worth considering for your stay!

No tea coffee facility

Fortuna Boutique Villa is an awesome Villa we stayed at in Kandy. It's right by Kandy Lake and super close to the city, like a quick 5-minute walk. Booking it was a breeze - no fuss. The location was perfecto. We could walk to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and all the attractions places in Kandy. Our room? Big and had all the stuff we needed. And the service? The folks running the villa were so friendly and helpful. Seriously, just a quick call, and they had us covered. They had some sweet facilities too. Plus, they were celebrating 20 years and gave us a killer deal. Can't complain about that. And the Wi-Fi? Fast and handy. Cleanliness-wise, it was spot on. Sheets were fresh, bathroom was clean, and it smelled good in there. Safety-wise, we felt right at home. The hosts and staff were amazing, made us feel secure and comfy. Our overall experience? It rocked! We're totally coming back when we swing by Sri Lanka again. And let me tell you about the food – the chef in the villa was a wizard. Dinner and breakfast were off the charts tasty. Every bite was a delight. In a nutshell, this place is a real gem. Convenient, cozy, and just plain awesome. It's the kind of spot that leaves you with great memories and a craving for a return visit.
