The cottage is in a good central location to see Lincoln. It is very comfortable within with lots of character and everything thought of.

The location of the property is fantastic. Right in the heart of all the bars and restaurants and just down the hill from the cathedral. There is also an ncp car park literally round the corner. The cottage has everything you need in it, and the bottle of Prossecco and crisps were a lovely touch. We had to contact the owner on arrival as we couldn't work out how to get in the property, but he was very helpful and soon explained how the electronic door lock worked!

The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep and narrow. Not a problem for us, but might be for anyone with mobility issues. The drain smell in the bathroom is strong.

The central location, how comfortable and cosy it is..

The stairs would be quite difficult if you was a little unsteady on your feet.

Location was fabulous, quirky little cottage that was handy for old town as well as shops and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent. There were some treats provided on arrival which was a very nice touch. Well equipped with everything we needed.

If we were nit picking, the sofas were a bit low!

It was a really lovely cottage clean everything you need for a comfortable few days. Excellent location at the bottom of the hill. Lovely touch with a complimentary bottle of fizz, crisps and shortbread would highly recommend.

Perfect location, a great little home from home.

Only minor issue was the high-up bed which was a little tricky for the kids (albeit one of them loved the adventure of it!).
