NAGI Lake Como Apartment

View of the lake was amazing

The location getting to the property was very challenging and room was too hot and no air con in the property and there is a damp in the toilet

Really loved the space, the area, great shower and great kitchen, happy that the host gave us water once we got up the hill.

200 steps up the hill, just a hard fought battle, there is an easier way at the top of the hill by the lakes cafe going down hill and less steps, definitely need to hire a car as the bus frequency isn’t as good as first thought, and it’s atleast £50 per journey to como for a 20 minute drive.

- Ants in almost every room, especially the bathroom - Larger mold stains in the bathroom - Sofa bed in the living room (not a separate second bed room as we understood it from the description) was not in the best shape and noisy with every move - Garbage from former visitors was still in the kitchen when we arrived - After sharing the issue with the ants and garbage with the host no apology or explanations have been offered by the host. The cleaning personal came to collect the garbage and made videos of the ants - after that we heard nothing anymore from the host, none of our messages have been answered afterwards.

The lovely balcony and views were beautiful, day and night! We had the chance to see the full moon reflecting on the water our last night which made it an especially memorable stay. The amenities were great, plenty of coffee and shampoos, the bed was comfortable for two average people, and the host was friendly and responsive to questions.

The view from the flat was breathtaking, amazing Unfortunately, the bed was too small, that U used the sofa bed that fit a couple. Restaurants recommendation were a plus, I really enjoyed and appreciate it.

The apartment is not family friendly due to the accessibility of it. There is 200+ steps up to the apartment which are uneven, steep and very dangerous going up and down. We ended up not staying at the apartment and made alternative arrangements as it wasn’t safe for the children (4&6) especially as we were going to be coming back at night in the dark. Even my dad (61) who is fit and healthy, struggled with the steps, your left feeling breathless. The apartment is listed as a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 separate bedrooms & a living room with sofa bed. The apartment is only 1 bedroom & living room with sofa bed. No bedding was left for the sofa bed. I got in contact with the host when we arrived about what we were unhappy with, we were told to use an alternative route, which we tried but was still dangerous and we couldn’t find the end of it to the road. Communication wasn’t great, tried to ring back a few times and no answer. Was told we could have a partial refund, then no contact again after this. Definitely not child friendly, and I don’t think it says anywhere that it’s not disabled friendly. View was beautiful, apartment was nice, ideal for a couple, just not a family.

there was nothing i disliked however i would recommend renting a car to travel around lake como due to location of the property
